Barking and Meowing
Claude Closky

Installation
September 13 - October 27, 2012

Barking and Meowing focuses on appearance, spoken language and the space between dialogue and monologue.

The installation is composed of sound and two masks placed on opposite walls, one of a dog and one of a cat.

The masks voice short sequences of barks and meows. The public is caught between the masks, in the middle of repetitive and incomprehensible speeches.
